These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the pressure washing services provided by Peak Powerwashing ("we," "us," or "our") in the Sugar Land and Richmond, Texas area. By using this website, requesting a quote, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes & Estimates

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date given, unless otherwise stated.
• Quotes are based on the conditions described or shown to us. If the actual conditions differ significantly (for example, a larger area, heavier staining, or accessibility issues), we may revise the quote before starting work, and you can decline the revised quote before any work begins.

2. Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Notice. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Just call or text (832) 377-7064.
• Weather. Pressure washing depends on weather. If rain, storms, freezing temperatures, or unsafe conditions are expected, we may reschedule your appointment at no charge and will contact you to arrange the next available time.
• Missed appointments. If we arrive at the scheduled time and cannot perform the work — for example, no one has arranged access, vehicles are blocking the work area, or no working water supply is available — the visit may be treated as a late cancellation, and a return trip may need to be rescheduled.

4. Pre-Existing Damage & Surface Conditions

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions, including (but not limited to) cracks, spalling or flaking concrete, loose mortar, previously damaged coatings or sealants, oxidized or deteriorated surfaces, and fragile fixtures.
• Pressure washing can reveal — not cause — existing wear that was hidden under dirt and grime.
• Some stains (such as deep-set oil, rust, irrigation staining, or paint) may lighten significantly but cannot always be fully removed. We will tell you honestly what to expect before we start.

5. Payment

• Payment is due in full upon completion of the work, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing beforehand.
• We will walk the finished job with you (or send photos) so you can see the result before paying.

• The content on this website — including text, graphics, and the Peak Powerwashing name and logo — belongs to us and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
• You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
• This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate but do not guarantee it is error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Fort Bend County, Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the website or our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
